Preguntas Frecuentes
Yes. Conduflex manufactures the CF Aero, a service-entrance cable suitable for outdoor use and conduit, and the CF Aero Alum, a pre-assembled aluminum cable for overhead lines.
Yes. Conduflex offers the CF Secure, a single-core flexible copper cable insulated with flame-retardant PVC for electrical installations.
In Conduflex’s catalog, you can use the Filters section on the catalog page to explore the lines by industry or application, or download the Full Catalog; for specific cases, you can also email info@conduflex.com.ar.
At Conduflex, choose the cable according to the application and industry: CF Control for instrumentation, CF Power for power, and CF Aero for service entrance. The selection depends on the voltage, the required insulation (PVC 105 °C or XLPE 90 °C), and the conditions of use (oil, water, sun, fire).
Conduflex cables are used in household appliances and mobile electrical installations (CF Taller), PVC and XLPE power (CF Power), control and command (CF Control Max 1kV), submersible pumps (CF Aqua), fire-safety installations (CF Secure), and 500V industrial control (CF Control Pro).
Conduflex’s multi-pair instrumentation cable is used to transmit signals of up to 300V in Oil & Gas, Mining, Power Generation, and Infrastructure and Transportation.
The advantage of copper is the ease of direct connection to terminal blocks or terminal crimping, its flexibility, and its corrosion resistance; it is used mainly in industrial installations. The advantage of aluminum is its low weight, which makes it suitable for overhead lines, though splices and terminals require special assembly techniques.
Conduflex’s CF Power power cable is made of flexible copper with PVC or XLPE insulation, an extruded bedding, and a PVC jacket, in standard, VDF, VDF Armado, Armado, and control-and-command variants; the XLPE versions withstand up to 90 °C.
For oil, gas, and mining, Conduflex offers the CF Power VDF Armado line (90 °C XLPE, hydrocarbon-resistant PVC) and, for heavy-duty mining equipment, the CF Secure Max HD.
What flexible cables does Conduflex have for household appliances and mobile electrical installations?
Underground power cables are suitable for direct burial at 0.7 m in soil where water is constantly present. Overhead cables, on the other hand, contain 2% carbon black, which provides resistance to sunlight and weathering.
At Conduflex, CF Secure are single-core, flame-retardant PVC cables, while CF Secure Pro are halogen-free single-core cables; CF Secure Max, on the other hand, is a heavy-duty line for power and mining (halogen-free XLPE power cable with an LS0H jacket). CF Extreme is a heavy-duty cable with HEPR insulation and a polyurethane jacket.
At Conduflex, the multi-pair instrumentation cable, with or without individual and overall shielding, complies with IEC 60332-3-24 category C; the galvanized wire armor protects the cable from rodents and allows it to be direct-buried without conduit.
Conduflex cable conductors are made of copper, mostly flexible (CF Taller, CF Secure, CF Power, CF Aqua); the CF Hard Copper line uses bare hard-drawn copper, and CF Aero Alum uses aluminum.
Conduflex’s CF Control instrumentation cables use aluminum-polyester tape shielding with a tinned copper drain wire: overall shielding on single-pair, triad, or quad models; on multi-pair or multi-triad cables, individual shielding is optional, with overall shielding covering the group of pairs and triads.
Within CF Control, Conduflex offers four cables with aluminum-polyester shielding: Instrumentation Cable, Armored Instrumentation, Multi-Pair Instrumentation, and Armored Multi-Pair Instrumentation.
Conduflex offers 300V instrumentation signal cables (CF Control), 500V flexible control cables (CF Control Pro), 1kV signaling and control cables (CF Control Max), 1kV PVC or XLPE power cables (CF Power), halogen-free cables (CF Secure Max), extra-resistant cables (CF Extreme), 450/750V single-core PVC cables (CF Secure), 450/750V halogen-free single-core cables (CF Secure Pro), and shielded or armored 3.3kV HEPR cables (CF Power).

Conduflex offers the CF Aqua line, a flat cable for submersible pumps with PVC insulation.
For power, Conduflex offers the CF Power line (standard, Armado, and VDF Armado, with PVC or 90 °C XLPE insulation) and the CF Control Max line for control and command with eco-friendly PVC.
